Trentino Gewürztraminer DOC 2020 Roveré della Luna

This Gewürztraminer derives from the homonymous native vine of Alto Adige which in the vineyards surrounding the town of Roveré della Luna achieves extraordinary results in terms of quality.

After the manual harvest with rigorous selection of the bunches, we proceed to fermentation in steel at a controlled temperature of 18-20 ° C. Without having done the malolactic, the wine is left to mature for a long period on its own yeasts.

In the glass it has a straw yellow color with coppery veins. The bouquet expresses intense fruity aromas of ripe pear. On the palate it is of medium structure, with an exquisitely fresh and harmonious taste.

Perfect in the company of Asian cuisine recipes, it goes well with all spicy dishes.
