Description

This Pinot Grigio comes from the vineyards of the Roveré della Luna cone, from pebbly soils of limestone matrix rich in skeleton.

The bunches are harvested and, after a soft pressing, they are fermented in steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 18-20 ° C. The wine rests for a long time on the fine lees.

In the glass it has a straw yellow color sometimes with coppery nuances. The nose is intense, with fruity aromas among which that of ripe pear stands out. The sip is fresh and harmonious, of excellent drink.

Excellent with fish and seafood, it goes very well with white meats.
