Trento Brut Rosé DOC 2019 Revì

Revì Trentodoc Rosé Millesimato is the synthesis of the grit and refinement that the Trentino area can condense into an excellent wine.

The surprising charge of Pinot Noir is used here to give body and aromatic softness with a stay on the lees for at least 30 months. To do the rest the freshness of the Chardonnay that helps to refine the wine ensuring longevity and rigor.

It has a bright antique color and a fine and elegant perlage. The nose is dominated by red fruits, lychees and wild strawberries, while notes of bread crust and cinnamon appear more nuanced in the background. In the mouth it is enveloping and refined, with a clean and balanced finish.

It can give emphasis to fish-based first courses but can also be enjoyed pleasantly with semi-mature cheeses and stuffed pizza.
