Description

The Trento Classic Method Brut Millesimato Spumante from Cantina Altemasi is born in the vineyards with a great sparkling vocation in Trentino.

It is produced from 100% Chardonnay grapes, carefully picked and selected by hand. After fermentation at controlled temperature, the wine ages on the lees for a period of 36 to 48 months before being bottled.

It is characterized by a straw yellow color with greenish reflections. It features a very fine-grained perlage and a very persistent foam. The nose opens with an elegant and complex aroma of delicate fruity notes, enriched with hints of citrus and peach. On the palate it is pleasantly dry and fresh, with a refined and complex structure.

Ideal to be served during an aperitif, it is excellent in combination with crispy mixed fried fish and lemon scallops.
