Trento Riserva Pas Dosé DOC 2014 Balter

The Trento Riserva Pas Dosè of the Balter Agricultural Company comes from the thirty-year-old vineyard of the company estate located near Rovereto.

For the creation of the Riserva, 15% of the base wine ferments in barrique, while the assembly of the base wines Chardonnay and Pinot Noir takes place just before the addition of the liqueur de tirage to ensure the maximum expression of aromas and fragrances . The procedure is completed by a long aging of 60 months on the lees and the finished wine does not meet dosage.

Medium intensity straw yellow in color, it has a fine perlage and a floral nose, with lime and herbaceous hints accompanied by yeast and custard. Dry on the palate, it has a good flavor and balance, recovering the gustatory complexity of the basic blends in the finish.

Perfect as an aperitif, it supports fish and shellfish risottos or vegetable and cheese based flans very well.
