The Sauvignon Val de Loire is a white wine produced in France by Trésors de Loire with Sauvignon grapes grown in the Loire Valley region.

The vinification takes place in stainless steel at a controlled temperature, preserving the varietal freshness and fruity component. The aging process continues briefly in steel to ensure a crisp and pleasant profile.

With a straw yellow color and greenish highlights, it opens on the nose with notes of citrus, blackcurrant buds, and vegetal hints reminiscent of boxwood. On the palate, it is well-balanced, lively, with a persistence characterized by fresh nuances of lemon zest.

Perfect with seafood salads, raw fish, or vegetarian dishes with aromatic herbs.
