Description

Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore DOCG The Wine of the Poets of Bottega is born in vineyards located in the hilly area between Conegliano and Valdobbiadene.

It is obtained with Glera grapes, harvested by hand and softly pressed. After the vinification in white, the second fermentation is carried out in an autoclave, at a controlled temperature of 14-15 ° C, according to the Charmat method.

It is characterized by a straw yellow color, with persistent foam and fine perlage. The nose opens with intense hints of pear and apple, enriched with notes of wisteria, acacia and citrus fruits. On the palate it is harmonious and velvety, fresh and persistent.

Excellent as an aperitif or for the preparation of cocktails, it is ideal in combination with appetizers, first courses and white meats.
