Description
This Chardonnay of Punta Nogal rises from vineyards located in the heart of the Central Valley, Chile.
Obtained from 100% Chardonnay grapes, after the manual harvesting of the grapes follows fermentation of the must in steel under controlled temperature conditions. Short aging in steel follows before the next bottling.
It shines in the glass of a pleasant intense straw yellow with golden reflections. It has a fragrant bouquet lingering on fruity notes of pineapple and yellow peach, accompanied by delicate notes of butter and pastry.
Perfect with first courses of seafood cuisine, it is ideal with seafood preparations.
