Description

Viognier Emiliana is a white wine produced in Chile in the Central Valley.

The vineyards grow on well-drained soils, with high fertility and of alluvial origin. After fermentation, the wine ages for 4 months: 85% in steel tanks and the remaining 15% in French oak barrels.

Straw yellow of medium intensity, it offers tropical aromas of mango, apricot, and lychee on the nose, enhanced by some jasmine notes. On the palate, it is fleshy yet mineral, enveloping, and leaves a clean and elegant finish of medium length.

It pairs well with grilled dishes marinated with spices and sauces, shellfish, and white meats such as chicken and turkey.
