Description

Valpolicella Classico is produced by the historic Speri winery, located in Pedemonte Valpolicella, in the province of Verona.

The wine is made up of Corvina, Rondinella and Molinara grapes, which, once in the cellar, are immediately processed with the crusher-destemmer. Fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature. The wine ages in steel and vitrified concrete for 4 months.

It has a ruby red color and reveals intense aromas of violet and cherry on the nose. The sip is medium structured, fresh and fruity.

Excellent as an accompaniment to appetizers, soups and pasta.
