Valpolicella Ripasso Classico Superiore DOC Etichetta Storica 2018 Fabiano
Data sheet
Description

Fabiano's Valpolicella Ripasso Classico Superiore comes from the rolling hills of Valpolicella, in the province of Verona.
It is produced with Corvina Veronese, Rondinella, Corvinone and Molinara grapes, harvested exclusively by hand. After the traditional drying operations and fermentation at a controlled temperature, the wine ages for 12 months in oak barrels.
Fabiano's Valpolicella Ripasso Classico Superiore is a wine with a bright and intense ruby red color. The nose is delighted by an elegant and decisive bouquet of wild violet, ripe cherry and black raspberry, reached by spicy tips resulting from a long aging in cask. On the palate it is a full and full-bodied wine, with soft tannins and a long and well-balanced finish.
This red wine is ideal to combine with roast meat and game.
