Description
Ca' di Rajo's Cabernet Franc was born in the province of Treviso.
The harvested grapes are vinified with a maceration of 20-25 days in thermo-controlled steel tanks. The wine subsequently ages both in steel and wooden barrels.
Ruby red in color with violet reflections, it reveals herbaceous notes on the nose enriched with hints of cinnamon. The sip is warm, with soft tannins.
Excellent in combination with grilled red meats.
