Venezia Chardonnay DOC Nicopeja 2019 Bosco del Merlo

The Chardonnay Nicopeja by Bosco del Merlo is born in the vineyards of the Venetian company, located in the province of Venice.

Obtained only from Chardonnay grapes, harvested at night, this white ferments in steel very slowly and at low temperatures. Subsequently the wine rests for 4 months in the same containers on a bed of fine lees, in order to maximize the varietal characteristics and give a good elegance to the final product.

It is characterized by a bright straw yellow color and a fresh, fragrant and typically fruity aroma. On the palate it is inviting, with a pleasant sour tone that makes it very pleasant.

To be drunk in the first years of life, this wine is perfect right from the aperitif. Try it with raw fish and delicate vegetable dishes.
