Description
The Venezia Giulia Chardonnay Father's Eyes of Cantina Di Lenardo is born in vineyards located in the municipality of Ontagnano, in the heart of Friuli.
It is produced exclusively with Chardonnay grapes, harvested only by hand. Fermentation takes place in barriques at controlled temperatures. Subsequently the wine ages in barriques for 7 months on the fine lees, before being bottled.
It is characterized by a straw yellow color. The nose opens with aromatic aromas of vanilla and hazelnut, enriched with pleasant notes of apple paste and lemon meringue. On the palate it is rich, elegant and pleasantly fresh.
Perfect to accompany appetizers, it is ideal in combination with fish and shellfish dishes.
