Description

Verduno Pelaverga di Bel Colle was born on the hills of Verduno, a small village near the Langhe in the province of Cuneo. Verduno is the land where we find this interesting Piedmontese vine.

At the end of the harvest operations, fermentation is carried out in steel vats, with a maceration on the skins for 6 days. The wine ages 6 months in the bottle before being released on the market.

It has a bright ruby red color, with a bouquet of crunchy red fruit and the characteristic spiciness of the grape. With a good structure, it stands out for its dry and harmonious sip, with a pleasantly spicy finish.

To be combined with cold cuts and pasta with meat sauce.
