Description

Vermentino di Gallura DOCG Piras is the purest expression of Cantina Gallura's Vermentino.

It is obtained from a selection of Vermentino grapes and soft pressing, with a very short refinement in steel to enhance the original aromas of the vine.

In the glass it has pleasant greenish reflections, and an intense scent of citrus, grapefruit peel and floral notes of white flowers. The taste is dry, balanced, fresh, with a long and pleasant persistence.

Ideal to accompany raw seafood, hot appetizers, light seafood first courses, shellfish, grilled fish, delicate meats.
