Vermentino di Gallura Superiore DOCG Monteoro 2022 Sella & Mosca

Monteoro di Sella & Mosca comes from one of the most suitable areas for the cultivation of Vermentino: Gallura. The vineyards are located in the hilly area of the southern slope of Mount Limbara, lands rich in granite characterized by excellent summer temperature ranges.

Upon arrival in the cellar, the grapes are softly pressed. After a short cold pre-fermentative maceration, there is a long fermentation at controlled temperature. The result is an expressive wine, fresh and full of flavor.

Its color is bright straw yellow. The nose offers persuasive fruity notes, accompanied by sweet floral and aromatic herbs. The entry into the mouth is fresh, soft, complex and mineral, well defined in its Mediterranean character.

Suitable for accompanying starters and seafood risotto, it is recommended for escorting fresh cheeses and traditional Sardinian dairy products.
