Description
Lenz is a blend of three South Tyrolean white grape varieties from the hills of Oltradige and Bassa Atesina.
The harvest takes place separately for each variety, as well as the fermentation which is carried out in steel at a controlled temperature of 20 ° C.
It has a light straw yellow color. It fascinates with its hints of apple blossoms and freshly cut grass. It makes its entrance on tiptoe on the palate, later revealing itself juicy and round, with good softness.
Ideal for occasion, it is both an aperitif wine and to be paired with risottos and delicate fish appetizers.
