Description

Ereso by Can Rich is an organic white wine made from Malvasia grapes grown on the Buscastell estate, on limestone soils in a Mediterranean setting. The wine expresses all the elegance and aromatic complexity of the native grape variety thanks to careful vinification and a short aging in used French oak.

After fermentation, the wine rests for three months in wood, which helps balance softness and freshness. Despite its structure, it retains the original fragrance of the grapes.

On the nose, it is intense: chamomile, dried fennel, apricot, peach, baked apple, and toasted notes. The sip is oily, savory, and persistent, with excellent potential for aging.

It pairs perfectly with baked fish dishes, white meats, and rich pasta dishes.
