Description

The Brut Nature Blanc de Blancs by Can Rich is an organic sparkling wine crafted from Malvasia grapes, grown in the coastal vineyards of the Can Llaudis estate. The Mediterranean climate, softened by the sea breeze, and the loamy soils rich in salts, impart freshness and finesse to the wine.

The sparkling process follows the traditional method, with 12 months of aging on the lees. The absence of dosage enhances the aromatic purity of the grape variety and the identity of the terroir.

On the nose, it offers orange blossom, rose and lavender, with hints of ginger, green apple, grapefruit, candied and tropical fruit. On the palate, it is vibrant, mineral, with a dry and aromatic finish.

Perfect as an aperitif or paired with seafood and shellfish crudités.
