Description
The Brut Rosé Bolle by Micaela Conti Thun comes from the best softly pressed Groppello grapes.
Obtained with the Charmat method, this sparkling wine preserves all the aromatic nuances of Groppello grapes.
Fine and persistent bubbles on a soft pink background accompany greedy aromas of wild strawberries, raspberry, lime and pomegranate. On the palate, this sparkling wine has a strong but at the same time elegant and balanced character.
Ideal as an aperitif, it goes well with cured meats, white meat appetizers and fish.
