Tenuta Il Bosco is located in Oltrepò Pavese, in the same places where the Benedictine monks returned during the Middle Ages to plant vines. At the end of the nineteenth century, the production of Pinot Noir began for particularly evocative sparkling wines able to express the potential of this blend. Today this reality continues to surprise with excellent wines. Examples are the Cruasé (Tre Bicchieri Gambero Rosso) and the Cuvée Brut (91 pt WE), both based on Pinot Noir, obtained with second fermentation in the bottle according to the Classic Method and capable ageing like the wines from this area. Fragrant and fresh wines but also deep, with intense aromas, from red fruits to tropical ones and with a very slender palate.
