Back in 1914, Guiseppe Kettmeir created a small bubble of sparkling wine production in the Caldaro area. With the arrival of the Santa Margherita Gruppo Vinicolo in 1986, a more modern system was introduced, exploring the potential of the traditional method and inspired by precise oenological techniques.
In the 2000s, this experimentation led to the creation of Athesis ("awarded 4 Grappoli" by Bibenda), a traditional method brut rosé with notes of raspberry and bread crust. Equally intense and authentic, Pas Dosé has notes of citrus, white flowers and ginger, while Athesis Brut, opening with fine bubbles, combines yellow fruit with intense aromas of yeast and a long finish. The perfect reflection of the flavours and aromas of the mountains.
