Chianti Rufina DOCG 2017 Colognole
The Chianti Rùfina of the Colognole farm was born in the small DOCG area located in the province of Florence.
It is mainly produced with Sangiovese and Colorino grapes, left to macerate for 10 - 12 days at a controlled temperature of 27 ° with frequent aging and pumping over. Sangiovese is aged for 15 months in Slavonian and French oak barrels, while Colorino stays for 12 months in second-passage Allier oak barriques. Bottle refinement follows.
