Ca' di Rajo
In Treviso, in the Piave area, the Ca 'di Rajo winery is the spokesperson of a territorial identity. Its production includes the indomitable Raboso, one of the most typical wines of the DOC Piave, and various declinations of Prosecco: from Prosecco Superiore di Conegliano-Valdobbiadene to Prosecco Treviso, passing through the sparkling Prosecco with the traditional satin cap closure tied with the hand twine. Among the autochthonous vines there is also the manzoni bianco 6.0.13 which in the Piave basin finds a suitable soil for its development. Ca 'di Rajo is able to offer a wide range of labels, one for every occasion and time of day: modern wines made within a historical context to be preserved. As to be preserved is the traditional farming system in Bellussera, or in Raggi, which still survives progress and mechanization and which distinguishes Ca 'di Rajo production in the vineyard.
