Ca' Montini

Ca' Montini is the brand through which Enoitalia showcases Trentino Pinot Grigio, with a tagline that captures its identity: 'The essence of Trentino.' The project was created to highlight the winemaking history and potential of Trentino Pinot Grigio as an authentic expression of its homeland.

The grapes come from the coldest areas of Trentino, including the Terre di Valfredda vineyard, where the Alpine climate fosters freshness and aromatic precision. The result is a Pinot Grigio Trentino DOC with a straw-yellow color, aromas of apple and citrus, and a balanced palate supported by a pleasant acidity.

The wine has earned numerous international accolades, including a gold medal and the 'best buy' title from Tastings.com in 2020, 'Best in Show' at USA Wine Ratings, and a silver medal at the Berliner Wine Trophy in 2018. Appreciated in Europe, the United States, and Australia, it is best served at 8–10 °C.

Behind the brand stands Enoitalia, founded in 1986 in Calmasino di Bardolino by the Pizzolo family, now part of the Italian Wine Brands group. Ca' Montini thus brings to the glass all the freshness of Pinot Grigio from the Trentino mountains.
