Cantina Rotaliana
In the heart of the Piana Rotaliana, at the foot of the Dolomites and caressed by the breeze of Lake Garda, stands Cantina Rotaliana, a highly innovative reality in the province of Trento. With more than 80 years of history behind it, Cantina Rotaliana was founded in 1931 as Cantina Cooperativa di Mezzolombardo, while the current company was born in 1968, with the merger with another cooperative in the area, Enologica Rotaliana. From those years to today the company has never stopped expanding and adopting the most innovative techniques in the cellar, since, in 1980, it was the first in Trentino to use the carbonic maceration technique on grapes destined for the production of new wine. Today it produces wide-ranging wines including Trento Doc. It convinced us for its courage and extreme versatility in always changing face while remaining true to itself.
