Kloster Eberbach
Kloster Eberbach is a former Cistercian abbey located in the hilly region of the Rheingau, on the banks of the Rhine, and its cellar boasts a 900-year history, despite being today one of the most technological wineries in Europe. The centuries-old winemaking tradition, crossed by a tireless pursuit of quality, has led the Eberbach monastery cellar to become the largest German estate. The vineyards are mostly cultivated with Riesling vines, but Chardonnay, Pinot bianco, Pinot grigio, Pinot nero and Dornfelder are also produced.
