The white wine Villa di Chiesa of Cantina Santadi was born in the vineyards of the lower Sulcis, in Sardinia.

The wine is a blend of white grapes and Chardonnay (40%), harvested entirely by hand. After soft pressing, the grapes are fermented in barriques, where the wine subsequently refines on its own yeasts.
