Eugène Quinet's Champagne Brut Blanc de Blancs is an authentic expression of Pierry, coming from a prestigious Premier Cru vineyard located on the outskirts of Epernay, in the heart of the renowned Champagne region.

Eugène Quinet's Champagne Brut Cuvée is produced from vineyards located on the outskirts of Epernay, in the heart of the Champagne region.

This special cuvée is composed of a blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Meunier and Pinot Noir, carefully selected and harvested by hand. The fermentation takes place in steel, followed by a traditional second fermentation according to the Champenois method. The aging on the yeasts lasts 15 months.
