Müller-Catoir
Müller-Catoir is a German family-run business, as old as it is traditional, dating back to 1744. Currently in the hands of the ninth generation, the estate is located in the heart of the Palatinate forest and, in addition to the original manor house, includes a territory of 21 hectares of vineyards - all certified organic - mainly divided into Riesling and other varieties - such as Pinot Nero and Pinot Bianco. Müller-Catoir's Rieslings are wines of great finesse and elegance, already recognized by critics for some time. And in the production of these important wines, the attention to detail of the winemakers does not neglect any step: from the manual selection of the grapes to the slow fermentation, up to the delicate aging in the cellar, fundamental steps to maintain the quality and standards that are the very symbol of 'company.

Müller-Catoir's Haardt Riesling comes from the Haardt vineyard of the same name, located in the Palatinate wine region, the Riesling area par excellence.
It is obtained only from Riesling grapes, harvested by hand with careful selection of the bunches. Vinification takes place entirely in stainless steel at controlled low temperatures.
