Pascal Doquet
Pascal Doquet, an oenologist since 1982, led by a strong bond with the territory, decided in 1995 to manage the family vineyards, which had a centuries-old tradition behind them. The vineyards of the winery are located in the French commune of Vertus, at the southern tip of the Cote des Blancs, in the heart of the extraordinary Champagne Ardenne region.
Over the years the Maison has decided to adopt an organic farming regime, with the utmost respect for the environment, with the aim of obtaining wines that express the true essence of the terroir of origin. Pascal Doquet is an avant-garde winery, which has always turned towards research and experimentation with new winemaking techniques.

Champagne Brut Blanc de Blancs Premier Cru Arpège comes from vineyards located in the Cote des Blancs terroir of the Champagne region.
It is produced entirely with Chardonnay grapes harvested in late September. After a slow pressing and a fractionation of the juice, the grapes ferment in contact with the indigenous yeasts and partly in wooden barrels. Subsequently the wine ages in oak barrels, before being bottled.
