Exultet is an elegant interpretation of Fiano di Avellino by Quintodecimo, produced exclusively from grapes grown in a single vineyard in the municipality of Lapio. This cru precisely expresses the identity of the territory, combining complexity and finesse in a white wine of great character. The Irpinia Falanghina Via del Campo di Quintodecimo originates in a cru of only Falanghina grapes which is located around Mirabella Eclano, in the heart of Irpinia.

The Falanghina grapes are harvested exclusively by hand, after which the must ferments in steel tanks at controlled temperature, with a short stay in small oak barrels. The wine ages in small parts in new oak barrels before being bottled.
