Re Manfredi is a young winery located in the heart of the Aglianico del Vulture DOC production area, near Venosa (Potenza), an area particularly suited to the creation of important wines. The company philosophy is based on a perfect combination of tradition and innovation, with deep respect for the environment and the territory. The activity of the Re Manfredi winery is focused on the production of high quality Aglianico del Vulture. Aglianico del Vulture DOC 2021 Re Manfredi
King Manfredi's Aglianico del Vulture was born in vineyards located in the municipality of Maschito, in the province of Potenza.
It is produced exclusively with Aglianico del Vulture grapes, harvested entirely by hand around the first ten days of October. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks, at a controlled temperature of 22 °C for 7–10 days. Subsequently, the wine ages in barriques for 10–12 months, before being bottled.
