Portofino DOC Çimixà L'Antico 2022 Bisson
The white wine L'antico Scimiscià is produced by the Bisson company, founded in 1978 on the Eastern Ligurian Riviera by Pierluigi Lugano.
It consists of 100% Cimixià grapes, vinified with an initial cold maceration of the grapes and subsequent fermentation in steel tanks at a controlled temperature.
Straw yellow in color, it reveals aromas of tropical fruits to the nose. The sip is fresh and structured, with a persistent finish.
It goes very well with fish and white meats, even grilled.
