The Côtes de Provence of Château de la Galinière comes from vineyards located on the slopes of the Cengle plateau, near Aix-en-Provence, in the municipality of Châteauneuf-le-Rouge.

The harvest of the Cinsault, Grenache Noir, Vermentino and Syrah grapes, which make up the blend, takes place at night in order to take advantage of the cooler temperatures.
