This red wine from Borgo dei Trulli is made from Negroamaro and Malvasia Nera grapes and is born in vineyards located in Apulia, in the province of Brindisi.
The grapes are harvested by hand at the end of September, to then be destemmed and vinified as a whole grape. The grapes of the two vines are fermented together in thermo-regulated steel tanks for 8–10 days.
