Jean-Baptiste Souillard's Saint-Joseph is a French red wine produced in the Northern Rhône region, made from Syrah grapes grown using sustainable practices. The vines, planted in the early 1970s and 2000s, are located in three plots situated in the municipalities of Sarras, Andance, and Saint-Pierre de Boeuf, at an altitude between 250 and 300 meters on east-facing granitic soils.
