The most used grapes are alicante, barbera, cabernet franc, cabernet sauvignon, chardonnay, cherryiolo, fiano, gaglioppo, grechetto, cross Bruni 54, white malvasia di Candia, merlot, moscato bianco, passerina, pinot blanc, pinot gris, pinot noir, rebo, riesling, sangiovese, sauvignon blanc, syrah and trebbiano toscano.
