The Lessini Durello Brut Sparkling Wine of the Torre dei Vescovi range by Colli Vicentini is sourced from high-hill vineyards, located in the heart of Lessinia, in the province of Vicenza.

It is produced exclusively with Durella grapes, harvested and selected entirely by hand. After the classic white winemaking processes, the second fermentation takes place in a pressurized tank at low temperatures, according to the Charmat method, with selected yeasts.

A classic method sparkling wine from the winery was born in Veneto from 100% Durella grapes grown in the Lessini Mountains. The soil of volcanic origin gives the wine a marked minerality and a pleasant freshness, ages for at least 24 months in the bottle.

Straw yellow in the glass, with pleasant golden reflections, it satisfies the senses with a dense and persistent perlage. Its perfume is fine, elegant and complex. The taste is dry, harmonious, fresh and creamy.
