Bourgogne Aligotè by Olivier Leflaive was born in vineyards located in the heart of Burgundy, a renowned French wine-growing area for the production of wines with great elegance.

It is produced exclusively with Aligotè grapes, harvested and selected entirely by hand. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature. Subsequently the wine ages for 11 months in steel before being bottled.
