The Grignolino d'Asti Limonte di Braida was born in vineyards located in the municipality of Rocchetta Tanaro, in the province of Asti.
It is obtained from 100% Grignolino grapes, harvested and selected only by hand. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature for about 8 days. Subsequently, the wine always ages in steel for 4 months and in bottle for another 2 months, before being released on the market.

Once in the cellar, the Grignolino grapes are vinified in red. Aging in Impruneta terracotta amphorae for 8-10 months follows.
Ruby red in color with garnet hues, it reveals aromas of raspberries, curry, black pepper and earth on the nose. The sip is fresh, with a spicy finish.
