Paolo Leo's Rosamora rosé wine was born in vineyards located in Salento, in the province of Brindisi and Lecce.
It is made exclusively of Malvasia Nera grapes, which first undergoes cryomaceration. It is then left to stand for approx. 4 hours in the press, to obtain the desired pink color. Fermentation lasts approx. 10 days and is held in thermo-regulated steel tanks, followed by a 3-month refinement in the same containers.

Paolo Leo's Mora Mora red wine is made from pure black Malvasia grapes that come from the countryside of San Donaci (BR).
