Obtained exclusively from Verdeca grapes, carefully harvested during the second half of August, this white, after a cryomaceration of about 8 hours, completes the alcoholic fermentation in French oak barrels. Here it matures and refines its organoleptic characteristics for 3 months, with frequent bâtonnage.
