Blend di Bianchetta

The Extra Brut Blanc de Blancs Due Grammi Japo sparkling wine is produced by C&C, from grapes from Valdobbiadene.

It is produced from Glera, Bianchetta, Verdiso and Perera grapes, which are softly pressed and then vinified in steel tanks according to the Charmat method.

It has a straw yellow color and fine bubbles. On the nose it releases a bouquet of apple and pear. On the palate it is fresh and lively, with a fairly persistent finish.

Excellent with fish and shellfish.
