Ribeira Sacra DO 2017 Dominio do Bibei
Dominio do Bibei from the winery of the same name is a red wine produced with a blend of Brancellao and Mouraton, from vineyards located between 250 and 550 meters above sea level, on soils composed of schist and disintegrated slate. The vines grown in the Ribeira Sacra area of Galicia are between 10 and 60 years old.
The harvest is done manually during the first week of October. The vinification begins with a 3-day pre-fermentation maceration, followed by fermentation in open French oak barrels....
