Terre Siciliane IGT Rosso Falde 2023 Nicosia
Falde Rosso is a full-bodied and characterful wine resulting from a blend of one of the most famous Sicilian native red grape varieties, Nerello Mascalese, combined with fine red grape varieties such as Syrah and Frappato.
The harvest takes place in September. After a short maceration at low temperature, the must is started to a fermentation which ends in 10–15 days under temperature control at 22-24 °C. It matures in stainless steel then refines for 3–4 months in the bottle.
