Trebbiano
The generic name of Trebbiano includes a vast family of very different grape varieties. It is the most cultivated white grape variety in Italy and is present in almost all regions of central and southern Italy, in particular in Tuscany and Abruzzo. In Tuscany it is often vinified together with the white Chianti malvasia, while in Abruzzo it is produced in purity with qualitatively interesting results.
Cultivation with low yields provides wines with good body, with complex and deep aromas, high acidity and a good propensity for aging.
