Toscana IGT Rosso 2022 Carnasciale
Toscana Carnasciale was born in the homonymous company located in the wonderful village of Mercatale Valdarno, in the province of Arezzo.
It is obtained from pure Caberlot grapes, harvested by hand during the month of October. Fermentation takes place in small stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature. After malolactic fermentation, the wine ages in new French oak barrels from Allier, Tronçais and Vosges for about 22 months, before being bottled.

Caberlot is a variety that comes from a spontaneous cross in nature between the Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot varieties. It comes from vineyards located in the province of Arezzo, straddling the Apennine and Chianti Classico hills. Caberlot is vinified in steel and then destined for a long aging in wood.
