Blend di Aglianico

Joaquin dall'isola is one of the very few wines made on the island of Capri, in the Mediterranean. This product turns out to be one of the flagships of the Campania-based company Joaquin.

The wine is a blend of both white and red grapes: Fiano, Aglianico, Greco, Falanghina, Biancolella and Ciunchesa. The Vigna Lapillo of the Sorrentino winery is made with Piedirosso and Aglianico grapes.

The vineyards from which the grapes come are located on rich volcanic-sandy soils at an average altitude of 500 meters above sea level. After the manual harvest, completed towards the end of September, the grapes are fermented in steel to refine later in tonneau. The creation of the blend and bottling follow.
